For the legal assistant positions, experience is great, but you DO NOT have to have law firm experience to be hired here. We are simply looking for intelligent people who are good on the phone, good with people, and have a good work ethic. People with customer service experience and those currently working in high-volume office positions, such as doctors’ offices and service-oriented businesses, are encouraged to apply. First preference will be given to those who speak English and Spanish, but bilingual proficiency is not a requirement. We just want intelligent people with a good work ethic. We have numerous staff members who came to us years ago with no law firm experience and are doing wonderfully.

These are demanding positions because of our workload, so do not apply unless you are a hard worker who can work efficiently. If you think you have what it takes, regardless of your résumé, reach out to us—especially if you speak Spanish and English and have good conversational skills. You have to show up on time and put in an honest day’s work.

ALL positions offer health insurance, employer-matched 401(k) contributions, profit-sharing contributions to a 401(k), and possible overtime if desired. Generous bonuses are given to all employees at the end of every year.

We are able to settle many of our injury cases for the policy maximum because the insurance companies know our track record of great success in court and arbitrations. Nonetheless there are insurance companies that sometimes fail to heed our warning and refuse our settlement offer. This week was one such occasion. A Spanish-speaking client. The police officer blamed him for the accident.
