West Michigan Market Update

New listings continue to exceed pending sales across the Grand Rapids metro area, giving buyers more options this fall. Inventory across metro GR is up to 2.4 months, the highest level of inventory we’ve seen in at least 6 years.For buyers, being prepared to act on a well-priced home is still important. Properties that need updates or have been sitting may offer room to negotiate on price, repairs, or closing costs.
