Jan has indulged my wife and I in our hunt for the perfect home for nearly a year and a half. While we still haven't found what we are looking for, more because our family has grown and therefore our needs have changed, Jan has been right there with us through it all. It sounds cliche but Jan has really become a part of the family through all of this. My children constantly ask if Ms. Jan will be there when we tell them we are going to look at a house. While the hunt continues, we feel good knowing we have her expert advice and council through all of it. She has been exceptionally helpful in showing us what we had been missing and where value and sometimes even potential problems have been hidden in houses we've considered. As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I started out with very little knowledge of what to look for when buying a house. It will be hard to express in this short review how much Jan has influenced us in the past 6 months (we got started early, so are not in a rush to buy). Jan is everything I was hoping for in a buyers’ agent. She is passionate about her job and her clients and has a way of getting us excited about the overwhelming task of buying a house. Her quickness to respond and dedication to satisfying our every request makes it feel like we are her sole focus at all times (although we are aware that she has a life outside of us ☺). She is honest about what she knows and does not know and is more than willing to consult other agents/experts with any answers she is not confident with.
