In addition, Attorney LaTonya Askew teaches the following courses: (1) Intro to Criminal Justice, (2) Perspectives in Criminal Justice, Corrections, (3) Police In America, and (4) Police Administration at Kennesaw State University. Before starting Askew Law & Associates, Ms. Askew spent 5 years interning as a law clerk working for such organizations as the Orlando Police Department Legal Advisor’s Office, CNA/ Commercial Insurance, and Florida A&M College of Law. Askew began her career as an associate with Dansby & Associates in Atlanta, and Greg T. Bailey & Associates in Douglasville where she worked on many legal issues, including criminal, civil, domestic, personal injury, bankruptcy, wills, & trusts. Askew has a BA in Political Science from Georgia Southern University with a Minor in Africana Studies. Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Personnel Management from Troy State University. Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law.
