🏡 Real estate isn't always pretty closing photos, key exchanges, and happy dances. By far one of my toughest deals to date!
For the last 13 days, my clients have been living in a basement with their two dogs and every single thing they own packed into two U-Haul trucks while we fought through delay after delay. What should have been a straightforward closing turned into a domino effect that impacted two transactions and three families. A good pre-approval is important, but urgency, communication, and follow-through are what get a deal to the closing table. 🏡
Then came another punch... after multiple postponements, their movers backed out. The money they had already paid was gone, already spent, basically stolen and nobody stepped up to help cover the mounting costs caused by the delays. So I did.
I personally contributed money toward their truck extensions and helped secure new movers so they can finally move into their home tomorrow. WHY? Because it was the right thing to do!
I'll be honest... there were moments when all of us were frustrated. There were tears, laughter, a few choice words 😅, and a whole lot of "What else can possibly happen?"
But here's what I'm most proud of... My clients never quit. 💪
Even when they were exhausted, stressed, and had every reason to throw their hands in the air, they trusted my guidance, stayed the course, and kept believing we'd get to the finish line. Their patience, resilience, and determination are the real story here. ❤️
A huge shoutout to .realtor for being an amazing co-op agent throughout this process. Your patience, communication, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. 🙌 And thank you to the team at .lawfirm and who worked behind the scenes to help make this happen.
Sometimes real estate isn't about houses at all. It's about helping good people get through tough situations and refusing to give up.

BIG congrats to my rockstar buyers officially UNDER CONTRACT on their future Georgia home 🏡✨

These amazing relocation clients have been patiently planning their move from New York to be closer to family and had actually been eyeing this home online for MONTHS while it sat on the market and slowly reduced in price. I kept telling them, “I truly think this house has been waiting for you.” And turns out… it was ❤️

On their VERY FIRST day of showings, we made it happen and secured a gorgeous fully finished basement home right here in my neighborhood!

The best part? This was NOT an easy deal. Coming in with a contingency offer while still needing to sell their New York home meant we had to come in strategic, aggressive, and strong to make our offer stand out against the competition. Thankfully, my buyers trusted my guidance completely, and together we were able to structure attractive terms that got us to the finish line 🙌

And to make it even crazier… my sister is the listing agent helping them sell their home back in New York, so this move is literally being handled as a family affair from both states 😭❤️
