Noticed we've been a little more active online lately?

Meet Anna Rogers, our new Office Coordinator and one of the newest faces at Grand Real Estate!

A Dublin native, Anna already knows and loves the community we get to serve every day. She’s joined us to help bring a little more structure to the controlled chaos that is a growing real estate office, keeping our day-to-day operations organized, helping manage files and transactions, creating content for our social media, and assisting with our growing short-term rental and hospitality management business.

She’s also getting a front-row seat to the real estate industry while working toward becoming a licensed REALTOR® herself!

As Grand continues to grow, I’ve stood firm in the belief that growth also means building the right team behind the scenes, and I’m really excited to have Anna as part of ours!

Y’all give her a warm welcome, and maybe say a quick prayer for her as she takes on the task of keeping me organized and helping us turn all of my “we really need a better system for this” ideas into actual systems!

“Tiny Dublin, Georgia, punches well above its population-size weight.”

We couldn’t agree more!

Kiplinger Personal Finance recently ranked Dublin No. 23 among the 25 Cheapest Small Towns to Live in America, a list recognizing communities where residents can enjoy lighter traffic, a lower cost of living and a strong sense of community while making the most of their budget.

The rankings evaluated the cost of housing, groceries, utilities, transportation, healthcare, and other everyday goods and services in communities with populations between approximately 10,000 and 50,000.

Dublin’s overall cost of living was found to be 11.6% below the national average, with the cost of buying or renting a home 23.8% lower. Kiplinger also highlighted our convenient location between Atlanta and Savannah, three institutions of higher education, VA Medical Center, and two nationally recognized historic districts.

As Mayor Joshua Kight acknowledged in The Courier Herald, housing prices here are higher than ever—but Dublin remains considerably more affordable than many communities across the country.

We’ve found a pretty special balance here: the stores, restaurants, healthcare, education and services of a regional hub, without losing the friendly culture and sense of community that make small-town life so appealing.

Dublin is growing, but it’s still Dublin, and we’re proud to help people invest in and call it home!

One year ago today, I cut the ribbon and officially opened the doors to Grand Real Estate.

What a year it's been!

If I'm being honest, this has been one of the hardest, but most rewarding, years of my life! Starting a brokerage from the ground up has been no easy task. I've learned that sometimes my biggest obstacle is ME.

I can get caught in this cycle of analysis paralysis, and spend so much time focused on what still needs to happen that I don't always stop to appreciate what's already happened. I can be too fixated on making perfect decisions, and end up taking too long to make ANY decision. Sometimes I feel like I'm spinning my wheels, but then I remember what I'm most proud of; it isn't how FAST we've grown. It's HOW we've grown.
Today I look back and realize just how much we've accomplished in only one year.

Over the past year, we've expanded into long-term property management, built a thriving short-term rental and hospitality division, launched our Client Experience Vehicle (which many of you have probably seen around town!), and just this week we welcomed an Office Coordinator who will help us better serve our clients and community. (Formal introduction coming soon!)

Could I have tried to fill every desk in the office? Sure. But growth for the sake of growth has never been the goal. Anybody can put names on a roster. Not every roster becomes a championship team! I'd rather build a team that's willing to answer the call when it's time to serve our community and our clients. I'd rather grow slowly with people who genuinely believe in what we're building than grow quickly with people who are only half invested. The vision, the culture, and the reputation matter to me more than anything else!

None of this would have been possible without the trust and support of our clients, friends, family, fellow REALTORS®, and this incredible community. Whether you've trusted us with your business, referred someone our way, encouraged us, or simply followed along on this journey, thank you.
