DISABLED VETERANS LISTEN UP 💥🇺🇸💥

The number varies by state, but if you have any VA disability you need to find out if you qualify. You can do this by contacting the county assessor.

In the state of Utah, veterans with service connected disability rating of at least 10% may qualify for property tax abatement. The specific reduction is determined by the veteran’s disability rating with a max exemption of $275,699 for 100% disability. That number is subtracted from the taxable value of your primary residence.

BONUS:
Here’s a list of states who offer FULL property tax exemption for 100% disability, one of those states gives you full exemption for 70% disability!

Illinois (70% disability for full exemption)

Nebraska

Oklahoma

Virginia

💥NEW 40 YEAR FHA LOAN💥
You must be in forbearance and at risk of foreclosure to qualify. This only exists right now to lower monthly payments for those in default and hopefully keep them out of foreclosure. Other than that, it’s just a bunch of noise!

📈💸We’re already seeing positive movement in the bond due to anticipation of tomorrow’s CPI meeting. If we see moving down tomorrow, we will see the bond market respond positively, which will cause interest rates to MOVE DOWN!
