We're Jared and Jared Attorneys, and we have been helping the Upper Cumberland for over 50 years with their legal needs. We are proud of our ability to help our clients with a multitude of services, including: Personal Injury, Social Security, Estate Planning, Probate and Contracts. Our senior attorney Jerry Jared was born and raised right here in the Upper Cumberland, near Buffalo Valley. Since obtaining his law degree, he has served in the Tennessee House of Representatives, had a portion of Highway 111 named after him, and has owned Jared and Jared since 1969! He is dedicated to helping his clients with their legal needs with the help of, our other attorney, his son Matthew Jared. He went to the Univeristy of Tennessee (Go Vols!) and followed in his father's footsteps and has been in law for over 20 years. August 2 is Jerry Jared Day in both Putnam County and the City of Cookeville. It is a day set aside each year to recognize and honor the years of service and dedication that Jerry has given to his community through his ten years in State legislature as Representative as well as providing legal representation to the people of this area for more than 55 years.

August 2 is also Jerry’s birthday and today, we celebrate with him and wish him the happiest of birthdays and a wonderful day!! 🎂☀️🌸
