The goal is to make your space appear light, bright, and move-in ready.

Winter is here and we all know what that means… High heating bills. 😅💸

Here are a few tips to help lower your heating bills this season:

🔥 Seal up any air leaks around your walls, windows, doors, ceilings, and outlets.

🔥 Program your thermostat to lower the temperature when you’re not home!

🔥 Close the doors of unused rooms to trap the warm air in.

🔥 If the sun is out, open the blinds to let in the warm light.

🔥 Buy thick curtains to cover the windows on cloudy days– most cold air comes through the windows!

🔥 Change the filter on your furnace

🔥 Switch your ceiling fans clockwise to bring the heat down. Remember, heat rises!
