Have you played monopoly and thought that although it was fun, it was outdated and a little unrealistic? You might be interested in Cashflow. This game was designed to help people learn about fundamental investing strategies through a fun board game.

This game is being presented to play for free this Thursday and is hosted by the Chicago Area Real Estate Investors Association (or CAREIA for short). I will be there, come join me and other CAREIA members and guests and learn how to play.
