We are so proud of to have our Office Administrator to be a part of this wonderful organization.

HLS was blessed to add two New Members to our Board of Directors last month! We would like to introduce one of them to you now… Please join us in welcoming Ryan Dusharm to our Board as of April 2026.

Ryan and his family have faithfully supported Human Life Services for many years. Ryan currently serves as the Office Manager of Beacon Law in Dover, working alongside his wife, Attorney Alina Dusharm, in their family business. Together, they are raising five children and are active members of Cityview Church in York, where they serve in the Bible Quiz ministry.
Ryan has a deep passion for advocating for the lives of unborn children and supporting families in need. His previous work with nonprofit childcare organizations serving troubled youth has given him a special heart for the fathers and families served through HLS. He looks forward to bringing his experience, compassion, and leadership to the Board of Directors.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys attending church with his family, listening to audiobooks, and playing board games with his children.

We are grateful for Ryan’s willingness to serve at HLS and we look forward to how God will work through him and the rest of the Board as they continue developing a new strategic plan and pursue the vision the Lord has placed before us.
