Picatinny Homes Located at Picatinny Arsenal, Picatinny Homes is a residential community offering a variety of rental homes to active duty Army families assigned to the base.

We also have select homes available to rent to military retirees, DOD civilian employees and the general public. Our rental homes at Picatinny Arsenal are available in two, three, four, five and six-bedroom floor plans featuring master suites, garages, open floor plans and sunrooms—everything you need for stress-free living. Picatinny Homes residents also enjoy the very walkable, pet-friendly community's amenities including many playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, as well as easy access to all of the Picatinny Arsenal facilities and amenities.

Please join us today as we celebrate the final day of Resident Appreciation Week!
We will be serving delicious assorted hoagies and finger sandwiches, salad, fruit and brownies from ShopRite.

We're excited because our Scavenger Hunt is happening today from 3:45 - 4:30 pm!
Take a look around our 4 playgrounds (Farley, Caisson Ct, Coghlan Rd., Harris Court) and see if you can find the following five items:
✅ 1 Skull
✅ 1 Owl
✅ 1 Pumpkin Tooth
✅ 1 Creepy Crawly
✅ 1 Bucket
Once you've found all five items, snap a photo showing each one and email it to [email protected] for a chance to win a prize!
Important Details:
Photos must be received by 5:00 PM today.
The first 8 residents to submit a photo containing all five items will win a prize.
