🔨 INVESTMENT PROPERTY UPDATE!

The transformation continues at Whisperwood! 🙌

Today, PJ Fitzpatrick’s repair team removed the old porch windows and started turning this space into the screened-in porch we envisioned😍

🏡 One of my favorite parts of renovating a property is watching the vision slowly come together. Sometimes it’s the big changes, sometimes it’s one window at a time… but every project gets us a little closer to the finished product.

I can already picture this becoming one of the best spaces in the house.

IT’S HAPPENING!!! ⚒️ LET’S GOOOO!!

Beefy Pine pulled up, planted the new sign in the yard, and lined the driveway with trucks and stuff! 😅

Translation: IT’S GO TIME BABY 💪

We’ve been waiting for this day, and we’re beyond excited to officially kick off the renovation on our Rehoboth investment property!

🗣️ Huge shoutout to Beefy Built! 🏳️‍🌈 A woman veteran-owned, LGBTQ-owned contracting business that’s about to work some serious magic ✨

📝 We couldn’t be happier to have her leading this project. The plan? To have this place ready as an Airbnb by Labor Day weekend. If all goes according to plan and you’re interested in booking a stay, let me know! We’d love to have you enjoy it once it’s ready.
