In honor of Self-Care Awareness Month, I’m sharing three ways I make time to pour back into myself:

💆🏾‍♀️ Getting a massage and giving my body time to relax

🎧 Listening to positive affirmations and uplifting podcasts

🏃🏾‍♀️ Moving my body—whether it’s a YouTube workout, Peloton ride, or time on the treadmill

Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s simply making intentional choices that help you feel good mentally, physically, and emotionally. 💛
