All our process servers wear gloves and face masks while serving. If they're wearing cloth masks, they are asked to wash them frequently. If they're wearing paper masks, they're asked to change them frequently.

Process servers are instructed to avoid touching surfaces with their fingers, including being told to knock on doors with the backs of their hands, their elbows, or a small flashlight.

We instruct our process servers to remain at least 6 feet from the door when serving papers.

We are distributing plastic trays to all our process servers so they can place documents onto the tray and transfer them to the individual without touching.

Process servers are also allowed to leave documents on the doorstep once they confirm the identity of the person being served.

We have instructed our process servers to avoid entering apartment buildings whenever possible, instead using outdoor callboxes to get the person to step outside.

Process servers are instructed to wipe down their phones frequently while out in the field.

Our process servers are asked to sanitize their hands as soon as they get back to their cars.

If a process server feels ill, they are asked to not come into work that day or, if they are already at work, to go home immediately.

The key to success in earnings is simple: • Be organized. • Plan your route. • Go when people are likely to be home. • Be pleasant and personable with the people you meet and to whom you deliver documents. Choose your own service area, set your own hours, forge your own results and get paid weekly. This is great for people who like to drive and be on the road but don’t necessarily want a bunch of passengers in their car. We will email documents for you to print (We reimburse 8 cents per printed page.), and/or overnight legal documents straight to your home. No need to come to our office. You decide what areas you would like to serve and ultimately how much work you would like to receive. Successful candidates will possess the following skills and attributes: • Have an entrepreneurial mindset • Take pride in your work and can connect with people, in person, on their doorstep • Have a desire to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends are when folks are home and when there is less traffic. • Have your own reliable transportation, auto insurance, driver’s license and printer • Have mobile app aptitude– Everything is done in our mobile app in the field. Other qualifications that we look for: • MUST be a Licensed, Registered or Certified Process Server, or willing to become one • A desire to work variable hours, as the work requires • Must have your own reliable transportation (valid DL& Ins.) • Tech requirements (iPhone/iPad or Android) and ability to work within a mobile application • Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required .
