MEMBER WIN ⚖️

Congratulations to NTL Member Lloyd Bell of Bell Law Firm in Atlanta on a $15 million jury verdict for the family of Byung “Ben” Oh, a retired U.S. Army veteran who died at 77 following complications from spine surgery.

Eight years after his death, a Fulton County jury awarded $13 million for the full value of Ben’s life and $2 million for his conscious pain and suffering.

“No verdict can undo their loss, but the jury’s decision makes clear that patients deserve coordinated, attentive care when their condition is deteriorating and that warning signs demand action,” said Lloyd, lead trial attorney for the Oh family.

Inside one of NTL's events: Law-Di-Gras! 🎶

Three days at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego where education met entertainment. Trial strategy and medical-legal sessions, AI and legal tech programming, the Applied AI Hackathon, live podcast recordings, and Women's Wellness Day.

And when the sessions wrapped, the party started. The Law-Di-Jam concert series kept the energy up, the pool parties and family activities brought everyone together, and the 5th annual Weston Wayne's Warriors Golf Tournament teed off for a great cause 🏌️
