To all my real estate folks. Who has dealt with a company called Keeglee here in Atlanta. I just had the most unprofessional exchange with one of their dispo specialists (Allen) He sent me a text and asked me if I am still buying ( we always are) so I said yes of course . So he proceeded to send me this deal.
Ok, here's a multi-exit deal, keep me posted. Open inspection Wednesday:

I will add the comps that I looked up to this post but needless to say they weren’t anywhere close to actual comps. So after I researched them I sent him back a text saying the numbers weren’t that good please remove me from anymore text messages. I’m tired of getting bu****it deals from wholesalers that have no skin in the game and want full retail price for what they claim to be a wholesale price.
Here is a public service announcement to all wholesalers. If you want to stay in business you must give the lion share of the profit to the investors that’s putting all the work and money into the deal. I have such a bad taste in my mouth for anyone that says they are wholesaler simply because of companies like this. I will never recommend this company to anyone all because this guy was rude because I said his numbers were too high.
Anyone that has read this far down. Do your research and let me know if you think this is a deal. I am curious to know what my seasoned investor friends think.
