Most people would walk right past this. I couldn’t.

Standing here, I wasn’t thinking about what it is today, I was thinking about what it could become.

Imagine a vibrant beachfront destination with great food, water sports, live music, and a place where locals, resort guests, condo owners, and visitors naturally gather.
