Fernando Garcia - Dumonde Consulting Group Fernando Garcia at Dumonde Consulting Group LLC is a Florida-based REALTORⓇ with over 20 years of Fernando Garcia has made Miami his home for most of his life.

A graduate of Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, Fernando subsequently traveled to the State’s capital, Tallahassee, and attended Florida State University, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Finance. With accolades from his academic achievements, Fernando attended, was awarded a scholarship, and graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law, where he earned his J.D. After returning to Miami, and

running his own business, Fernando came to realize that Real Estate, and specifically the Real Estate market of South Florida was an irresistible draw. Fernando wanted to expand his formal knowledge, and once again went back to school, attending Florida International University and earning his Master’s Degree in International Real Estate. He obtained both his Real Estate Sales and Mortgage Broker’s licenses, and has been working in both commercial and residential Real Estate, as well as Real Estate and Real Estate product investing, throughout the State of Florida. A happily married father of three, Fernando spends most of his free time with his wife and children, hoping to instill in them the sense of love of knowledge, family, and community, and the ambition and drive for success in all, instilled in him by his mother. Of course, as a Florida State graduate, Fernando manages to find the time to fuel his love of sports through his beloved Seminoles, and their perpetual drive for greatness on the gridiron. Real Estate may be his passion, but the Seminoles are his guilty pleasure. Throughout the years, Fernando has culled an expansive, highly discerning, and extremely loyal Clientele, who look to him for true guidance in both their personal Real Estate holdings and their portfolio Real Estate Investments. Fernando is constantly updating his knowledge in this rapidly- changing environment, and is perpetually cultivating relationships with Bankers, Brokers, and Investors. Through his incessant drive to bring people together to build lasting partnerships, Fernando has been instrumental in building the wealth of his Clientele and their partners even at a time when most people are finding their wealth shrinking. Fernando envisions the perfect partnership of hand-picked professionals to culminate in a complete offering of Real Estate Services to his Clients’ needs, where Clients will determine and set their individual goals, determine their risk tolerance, if investing, and devise a framework by which to achieve their objectives.
