I LOVE cruising. All over the world and with many cruise lines. I love meeting people of different cultures, likes, tastes in w**e and sharing new adventures! My husband and I are currently on Azamara Quest’s 13 night voyage through Chile, Peru, and Panama and I find that when someone asks “Where are u from?” and I answer “Miami”…everyone knows something about our city but then asks how our housing market is doing.

Our real estate market is so prestigious and well known around the world. I consider it a privilege to be called an “expert”on our residential market and serve domestic as well as international clients!

I’m happy😁 to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: 🎖📃Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) from National Association of REALTORS®, with the objective of providing a new & higher level of expertise for South Florida clients seeking international exposure for their properties!

The designation requires 5 courses as well as "100 points" of combined experience representing international sellers/buyers, having advanced college degree, multiple languages spoken, international countries visited, etc. With this new designation I have access to a much broader global network of agents and exclusive global property listings.
