🏆⚖️🏆 We are proud to announce a significant victory for our client in a complex commercial real estate dispute.
Our firm represented the Plaintiff in a $14 million purchase of a commercial building after the Defendants misrepresented the true cost of the building’s required 40-year recertification repairs. The Defendants were represented by Holland & Knight, one of the nation’s largest law firms.
The case involved multiple claims, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, and breach of contract.
After a hard-fought six-day jury trial and six-hour jury deliberation, we prevailed on all counts of our Complaint and obtained a $700,000.00 verdict.
