• Expect review if you are changing street-facing windows, material, grid pattern, size, trim, or openings.
• Gather exterior photos, inside photos, rough measurements, and any past approval paperwork.
• Ask the vendor for cut sheets, dimensions, finish details, and drawings that match the proposal.
• Build review time into your schedule before deposits and install dates.

- What your home is worth today based on recent nearby sales
- How much equity you actually have after the loan is paid off
- What you would likely net if you sold now after typical costs
- What the renovation would really cost
- What the home could be worth after the work
