His real estate partner and mother, Arlene Margagliano and he work hand-in-hand on all of their real estate transactions. Both living in Santa Rosa Beach, the teams primary markets include but are not limited to from 30a to Destin. Team Margagliano is committed to providing their customers with the highest level of service and knowledge. This is why they have additional certifications/designations of Certified Investor Agent Specialist, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert. Danny was a professional surfer throughout the East Coast, Caribbean, Central America, California and Hawaii from the ages of 19 through 28. He continued working as a sales rep for his sponsors for two more years. He then attended computer training school for Internet business, marketing and web design. This background has proven to be monumental in the marketing of the teams listings and websites throughout the Internet. Having the desire to help people Danny then became a firefighter/paramedic at South Walton Fire District for five years. During this time he earned his real estate license. In April 2012 Danny was left paralyzed after a traumatic diving accident. He was proud to be part of the top producing team at Keller Williams in 2013 and in the top 3 during 2014.
