I won’t say what you want to hear just to win a listing.

A lot of sellers are still being told their home is worth more than what buyers are actually willing to pay right now. The problem is the market eventually tells the truth anyway.

Usually through:
• price reductions
• longer time on market
• extra carrying costs
• buyer hesitation

Sometimes the most valuable thing an agent can do is have an honest conversation early instead of an easy one upfront.
