🦝 SURPRISE TENANTS. 🦝

Found out I had raccoons *ahem* getting cozy in my chimney. Yep. Time for an eviction notice. 🏠❌

Here's the thing — raccoons are sneaky. They'll climb onto your roof, find an opening in your chimney or attic, and before you know it, you've got a whole family living rent-free above your head. And once babies are involved? The problem gets a LOT bigger and harder to deal with.

I caught it early. I spotted a raccoon on my roof and immediately called in a pro — no waiting, no hoping it would go away on its own.
