Do you thrive on staying organized, building relationships, and helping others navigate challenging situations?

Kontnik Cohen is looking for an Intake Specialist to join our growing Denver-based litigation firm. This role is perfect for someone with a background in sales, customer service, or legal intake who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do:
• Connect with prospective clients and guide them through the intake process
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations with attorneys
• Manage the client onboarding experience from first contact to signed engagement
• Work closely with our legal team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What We Offer:
✔️ $40,000–$60,000 base salary
✔️ Performance bonuses (historically $5,000+ annually, uncapped)

Colorado’s Court of Appeals recently reinstated a disability discrimination claim against Colorado’s attorney regulation office after a law graduate alleged he was wrongfully denied accommodations for the bar exam.

The court found that simply granting accommodations after a lawsuit is filed does not erase the alleged harm caused by the original denial.

Cases like Ozborn v. Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel highlight an important legal principle: individuals with disabilities are entitled to fair consideration and equal access under Colorado anti-discrimination law, especially in high-stakes professional settings.
