I have decided to expand my practice to include the area of PC/DM appointments. I am also continuing my family law mediation and arbitration services as well.

I am now in my 35th year of practicing law, exclusively as a Family Law practitioner and mediator. Family Law clients continue to need substantial guidance in finding the correct path for themselves and their families in many of our cases. The chaotic behaviors that sometimes stand in the way of our clients’ ability to place the needs of the children ahead of their own keeps us all busy. Attempting to facilitate reason and communication in the battle of the parents during this difficult transition period is what I find most satisfying in my practice. However, when one or both of the parents are unable to make decisions together, I will not hesitate to enter awards without delay to ensure that the needs of the children are met.
