Paste a client text or email into AI and ask, “What might this client really be worried about?”

A client may say, “We’re not sure if we should move forward.”
The real concern may be fear, timing, payment stress, or uncertainty about the market.

2. Simplify the complicated
Use AI to turn contract, inspection, or market language into plain English your clients can understand.
3. Practice the hard conversation
Use AI to role-play seller objections, pricing pushback, commission questions, or difficult client calls before the real conversation.
