Equity Colorado. Uniquely different... Simply better. We love sharing our story and we’d be honored to hear yours as well!

Over the last 12 years, Equity Colorado has become one of the largest and fastest growing Real Estate Brokerages in the state of Colorado. With nearly 600 agents and 5 offices throughout the Front Range, Real Estate Professionals are noticing the tremendous amount of value integrated into Equity’s business model.

“We highly attribute much of our growth to our supportive ‘agent-first’ company culture and our top-notch tools and systems,” Employing Broker and Owner of Equity Colorado, Todd Schuster, explains. “Pair those items with our extremely fair fee structure and you have a great understanding of what makes this company so unique,” he continues. With nearly 50 years of combined Real Estate experience between Todd and his wife, Stacey Schuster, the two have dialed in a system that truly empowers their agents to succeed on their own terms. “There is not a ‘one size fits all’ path to success in the Real Estate Industry,” says Stacey. “We believe in building consistent habits while sharing our own methods, training, systems, tips, and personal insight that we’ve gained throughout our careers.”

With a tight-knit team and a shared vision for success, Equity Colorado continues to expand across the Colorado Front Range by creating one-of-a-kind relationships between Brokers, Agents, clients, communities, and the world. We're thrilled to introduce Samantha Hochman to Equity Colorado! Sam came to real estate the way the best agents do — through years of actual ownership, management, and renovation. A former high school math teacher, she bought her first multifamily property and never looked back. What followed was years of managing multiple buildings, running countless renovations, and operating several Airbnbs — building small, well-run communities with thoughtfully designed spaces along the way. She developed a genuine sense for where to invest, how to add value, and what makes a property actually perform, along with a deep appreciation for Denver's neighborhoods and what makes each one distinct. When she's not in the middle of a deal, you'll find her on the golf course, camping in her Sprinter van, or at the sauna — pretty much daily. Welcome to Equity, Sam!

Outside of real estate, Andrea is the founder and president of A Dog Named Black Jack Animal Rescue Recovery, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving dogs and cats from high-kill shelters. We're excited to have Andrea's experience, compassion, and dedication as part of the Equity Colorado family. Welcome, Andrea!
