Some quick takeaways:

Most dangerous intersection: I-70 Eastbound & North Peoria (103 crashes in 2024)

Top fatality hotspots: Alameda & Federal, I-25 & Yale

Worst crash times: 9am–12pm, especially Tuesdays and Fridays

On November 21, 2024, the Colorado Court of Appeals announced its decision in Maldonado v. GeneDx. The Court held that the law allows our clients' claims for genetic counseling and screening malpractice.

Colorado's second-highest court ruled on Thursday the parents of children born with an inherited muscle degeneration disorder can sue the medical professionals who incorrectly told them prior to conception that the mother was not a carrier of the gene.
