Dittus Law

Dittus Law Areas of practice: Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Elder Law, Trust or Estate Administration and Probate.

I enjoy assisting people from all walks of life, from young families who may be most concerned about naming guardians to older clients who want to get their affairs in order or are concerned about Medicaid eligibility, as well as those with complex assets who need to reduce their taxable estate and transfer wealth to younger generations due to significant assets and impending taxes. Over the past

twelve (12) years, I've worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals just beginning to build some wealth, to blended families trying to protect both the spouse and provide for children from a previous marriage, as well as high net worth families with estates between $5 to $30 million dollars. Don’t let those difficult decisions keep you from creating an effective plan. Let me help you find the solution that is best for you and your loved ones.

Fun to see my hometown of Kingston, New York highlighted in the Wall Street Journal "Americans in Their 80s and 90s Are Redefining Old Age - Dementia rates are down, recovery rates are up. Many are thriving mentally and physically deep into their later years," as people become more conscious of healthy eating, staying active and challenging their minds. I love aging success stories of more independence and longer "health span."

You don't need to be a celebrity to benefit from a premarital agreement regarding how to handle things if you stop getting along. Nothing says love like figuring out how to minimize conflict when things go wrong ❤️
