As we recognize that legacy, we also look ahead—working to expand access to affordable homeownership and create more equitable opportunities for generations to come.

How do you know if you qualify for ECLT homes? It depends on the property! When checking the income limits, find the county that you want to buy a home in and then check to see if the specific property uses FMR or MTSP limits. You can then reference the MTSP and FMR columns on the income charts.

Keep in mind that you must include all incomes of your household (those over 18).

On May 29, Elevation Community Land Trust and Neighborhood Development Collaborative hosted an affordable housing gubernatorial forum at the Hattie McDaniel. Democratic frontrunners Michael Bennet and Phil Weiser emphasized affordable housing as a top priority.

Both candidates expressed support for the Drive it Home fund, which offers 3.5% interest construction loans and mortgages for affordable homeownership projects like the Hattie McDaniel.
