Thank you United Wholesale Mortgage and The Socha Lending Group for having me this week! 🙏

I was honored to speak as a guest panelist during the Success Track session with United Wholesale Mortgage at their headquarters in Detroit this week! Fun fact: United Wholesale Mortgage is the largest mortgage lender in the world, with a campus that spans over 2 MILLION square feet! Their complex includes a completely open workspace, where all employees work on the same level, and can enjoy amenities like basketball courts, arcades, shuffle board, a hair salon, doctor’s office, and more! Added bonus that their workforce celebrates diversity in so many ways, which was very refreshing and welcoming!

We got down and apparently “gave up the sauce” when it comes to how to lead in this industry, from setting and managing expectations to professional organization and community service.

Often these kinds of panels can be filled with empty messaging and anecdotal personal experiences that lack real value, so it was exciting to be able to offer substance and shine light on so much of what it takes to keep our industry great!

Shout out to Phoebe Schreiner for these action shots! I think the three of us should get together more often, what do you think, Chris St. Clair?

Having an amazing month!! Just closed another one this morning, bringing the total to 18 loans closed in October! I have one more (already has docs with the title company) on Oct 30 and I’m done for October at 19 loans.

There is still a huge opportunity out there— we saw rates dip for ONE WEEK in September (before the Fed meeting). I had 7 people grab those rates and save. There are deals out there RIGHT NOW— you can buy at these prices and refinance later. You just need to be ready to strike when it’s time to refi!

What’s better than a double closing day?? Closing THREE loans the same day (and another one tomorrow). I try to have my clients focus on the things they CAN control and w**d out the noise… the things they can’t control.

I set “strike” rates for my clients to grab the refinance rate when it made sense for them (ie. they want to save at least $200/mo). Then you can drown out the noise and let the actual numbers speak for themselves!

Congrats to all three clients! One of them is saving over $800/mo.

Wow! The Socha Lending Group has officially helped over 1,000 clients with either a purchase or a refinance since 2020. While I am going through our data for planning out the schedule for client refinances and mortgage reviews, I noticed that we hit this incredible milestone!

Thanks to EVERYONE who has helped us to get over 1000 clients-- next stop 2000 clients! We have done this organically through word of mouth, referrals, and simply doing a good job for our clients and partners, who then refer others to us.

The rates are FINALLY starting to fall, so the market is going to get HOT once again with people who have been on the sidelines wanting to buy. We are READY to help you to figure out your best strategy for financing (and if you think all loan officers will help you with that... think again). I am crunching the numbers right now for ALL of my past clients to see if/when it makes sense to refinance-- while helping new clients figure out the best time and offer to buy.

**NEW VETERAN HOMEOWNER** Congrats to my clients who were able to take advantage of their VA eligibility to get 100% financing on this new home. Combined with the seller concession that the realtors got them to pay for closing costs, they literally got into this house for NOTHING… yep, they got their earnest money back as a check at closing!!

I also have a brand new ZERO down program for non-veterans too (conventional).
