🎃 MY KIDS ASKED IF THEY COULD DRESS UP AS SOMETHING SCARY FOR HALLOWEEN… 👻

I told them, “Absolutely! You can dress up as INSURANCE COMPANIES!” 😱😂

Because what’s scarier than a company that promises to protect you… until it’s time to pay your claim? 💀

🦎 GEICO has a cute little gecko who promises to save you money.

👩🏻 Progressive has Flo, always smiling and ready to help!

🔴 State Farm has Jake, reminding you that “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.”

🪖 The General promises affordable coverage when you need it.

🗽 Liberty Mutual says, “Only pay for what you need.”

💥 Allstate promises “You’re in good hands.” Meanwhile, Mayhem is running wild!

But here’s what their commercials DON’T tell you…

When you’re injured and it’s time to make a claim, those friendly faces can disappear faster than Halloween candy! 🍬

Suddenly, you’re dealing with adjusters who may:
👻 Twist the facts.
🎃 Minimize your injuries.
💀 Question your credibility.
🕷️ Delay, deny, or undervalue legitimate claims.
😱 Put company profits ahead of treating injured people fairly.

And while they’re having fun playing the bad guys, Mom will keep doing what she does best: FIGHTING FOR THE GOOD GUYS! ⚖️💪💗

Thank you to the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association for this honor! It’s been a pleasure to give Spanish speaking Clients the access to justice that they deserve. Language shouldn’t be a barrier to equality. Being a first generation American, (having a Mother from Argentina & Father from Italy) has taught me that no matter where you come from, leveling the playing field is essential for everyone!
