✨ Celebrating Women’s History Month ✨

Women are making powerful moves in real estate. 🏡💗

In Texas, 10.7% of homes are owned by single women compared to 8.5% by single men.

And nationally, about 20% of homebuyers are single women, according to the National Association of Realtors — nearly double the share from the early 1980s.

To put that into perspective, out of every 100 homes purchased in the U.S.:
• About 62 are bought by married couples
• About 20 are bought by single women
• About 8 are bought by single men
• The remaining 10 are other types of buyers, such as unmarried couples, multi-generational households, or other living arrangements.

That makes single women the second-largest group of homebuyers, building wealth, stability, and independence through homeownership.
