Clair Law is looking for a recent high school graduate to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. No experience is necessary. The job will provide experience and opportunity to grow in a professional setting. Great for a resume, although we hope you'll fall in love with the team and enjoy a long career at our office.

Your initial role role will be answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments. You will also assist in the production of letters, copying and filing documents, greeting clients, and other administrative duties.

We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Outlook.

We are hopeful that this position will provide you with the opportunity for professional growth within the firm.

Full Time Position.

No Night or Weekend Hours.
