Did you hear about the new law passed in Washington? It is now illegal for drivers to hold their phone while driving.

Other forms of distracted driving like eating, smoking and grooming will be secondary offenses.

"For those of you who want to enjoy SAFE beach driving this summer, beginning May 1 through October 31, you are permitted to drive on the beach between 8:00am and 7:00pm or sundown, whichever is earlier."

Did you know there was a bill proposed in Florida's House requiring everyone to wear a helmet while on a motorcycle?

Currently state law has an exemption added in 2000 that allows motorcycle drivers and riders to not wear a helmet as long as they are over the age of 21 and have “at least $10,000 in medical benefits for injuries incurred as a result of a crash while operating or riding on a motorcycle.”
