Visit us www.vfawl.org to learn more today! Meetings - General Membership Luncheon Meetings are held every 2nd Thursday at 11:45 a.m. at the Halifax River Yacht Club. There are no membership luncheons during the summer months of July and August. Other Events: VFAWL hosts several networking and social events as well as community services projects throughout the year. It is not necessary to be a VF

AWL member to attend any event or luncheon. Board of Directors Meetings are held every fourth Monday of the month. Membership and Dues
Membership Criteria - Membership is open to all lawyers, judges, and law students. Membership dues are collected once a year at a rate set by the Board of Directors. The membership year runs July 1 – June 30. The current dues are:
$80.00 – new members & renewals
$55.00 – government employees
$50.00 – judiciary (payable to FAWL – no charge for VFAWL membership)
$15.00 - law student
