I’m especially thankful for the opportunity to help this family with the sale of their home.

When they first reached out, the home had previously been listed with an out-of-town agent and did not sell. We took a fresh, realistic approach, updated the marketing strategy, and put together a plan designed for our local market. In the end, that made the difference.

I originally had the opportunity to help a military client purchase this 4-plex using his VA loan while he was stationed here in Del Rio. He lived in the property, built equity, and when it came time to PCS, he transitioned it into a fully occupied investment property.

Fast forward to today — when he decided it was time to sell, I was able to help connect the property with another local investor looking to add a solid, managed multifamily property to his portfolio.
