It's finally Friday and here we are with more rain in the forecast.🤪 Yes, I am happy we are getting the rain....but a break in between would be great!

Today's punny comes from one of the many Star Trek joke sites, that share a wide variety of 'plays on words!" This one stood out....well, because of the current state of our weather⛈️!

And, let's be honest, it may be an oldie, but the song this is referencing is a truly a goodie. Both the album and the song were named, "I Can See Clearly Now'.....released in 1972 by Johnny Nash. Not only was it a hit.....but it topped the U.S. Billboard HOT 100 and remained #1 for 4 weeks running!!

Without a doubt, I am dating myself....though I was a kid when this released....it still remains a favorite. More importantly, I got to use a Star Trek punny to share it with you....I call that a bonus!!😎

Realtors, as you know....our market here is highly active, but finally it is balancing itself.

🔸The job growth here across North Alabama and specifically here in Madison County is at an all time high.
🔸 Due to the Multi-Billion in investments for new industries like Eli Lily, SPX Enterprises, Blue Origin and Drone Works, in addition to Space Force and others, there will continue to be in influx of new people moving to our area.
🔸Current median home value in Madison County is $339,000.
🔸Days on the market are averaging between 60 and 82 days.
🔸Current inventory levels are growing, with the development of new neighborhoods like Century Communities and Crawford Ridge, amongst others.... to ensure our community is keeping up with the demand.

BUYERS POSITIVE INSIGHTS:
More active inventory gives you greater choices to help check off more of the items on your "I want list", while also affording you more time to negotiate to achieve the best deal possible.

SELLERS POSITIVE INSIGHTS:

Yes....this is National Dental Care Month, and we simply wanted to a take a little time to remind you about the importance of caring for your pearly whites.

Prior to the early 1900's....people used primitve chew sticks or rough cloths to clean their teeth and remove debris. When they had a bad tooth that caused pain, people went to their local blacksmith, barber or even a wigmaker to have their bad teeth extracted!🧐Fortunately, Thaddeus P. White sunlight is made up of all the colors of the spectrum. Each color travels at a different wavelength, causing them to bend at slightly different angles as they enter the rain droplet. NOTE: Violet bends the most, and red bends the least.
🌈REFLECTION OR BOUNCING:
Once inside the rain droplet, the separated colors hit the back of the droplet and reflect off the inner surface while bouncing back outward.
🌈RE-REFRACTION:
As the light exits the rain droplet back into the air, it refracts one more time, which further disperses the colors out and projects them into the sky.
