Senate Bills 68 and 69, two of the largest pieces of tort reform legislation in nearly 20 years, have officially passed the state’s Senate Judiciary Committee in an 8-3 vote.

Jackson obtained his undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University and then graduated from the GSU College of Law in 2021. Jackson’s practice focuses on civil defense litigation, including premises liability, automobile liability, and professional negligence.
