We are thrilled to announce the establishment of the Panitch Ivory Law Group PC, a new law firm that promises to bring a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience to the legal landscape. This firm is the brainchild of two exceptional attorneys (if we do say so ourselves), Esther Panitch and Victoria Ivory. Esther and Victoria have been working together harmoniously for the past 11 years and decided it was time to make their partnership official. Their complementary styles, shared vision for a client-focused approach, and years of trying cases together make them a formidable team.
Esther Panitch, a criminal and civil trial attorney with over 27 years of experience, has a well-earned reputation for being tenacious yet pragmatic. Specializing in defending first-time criminal offenders, she is highly regarded by clients, attorneys, and judges in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. Her leadership qualities have been recognized with the prestigious Judith Epstein Memorial Leadership Award from Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America. Esther's expertise is frequently sought by major news outlets such as WSBTV, CNN, Fox News, The New York Times, WSB Radio, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
In addition to being a passionate advocate for her clients, Esther is a State Representative serving in the Georgia House of Representatives. She and Roger just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary and are grateful parents to Miriam, Ben, and Jacob, and cats Stella and Bunny Gertrude.
Victoria Ivory, an Atlanta native, has been devoted to the legal profession since 2002 and became a licensed attorney in 2008. Her commitment to maintaining open lines of communication sets her apart in the field. She understands the importance of responsiveness, striving to answer all client emails and calls within 24 hours. She began her career in federal criminal defense and still practices in the federal courts and is a proud member of the Criminal Justice Act panel of appointed attorneys in the Northern District of Georgia. Her practice in family law is comprehensive, using her litigation and negotiation skills to handle cases ranging from divorce and custody modifications to contempt to equitable caregiver cases. She also handles the intersection of law where family meets criminal, with experience litigating both sides of temporary protective orders. Victoria's approach is tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring personalized and effective representation.
Victoria and her wife Helen live in East Atlanta with their rescue pups, Alex and Olivia.
