👀📢WE REST OUR CASES!
Do you think there was enough doubt to dismiss?
👥️On 9/3/2026 The prosecution and defense, in Los Angeles federal court, in Lil Durk's Murder for Hire Case has rested!!!!! Deliberations will begin next week.
BURDEN OF PROOF!
It's not an opinion...
It's not what you think...
It's not what you saw in the media...
IT'S....
👥️BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT: Jurors do not need to reach absolute or 100% certainty, but they must acquit if they harbor a real, wavering, common-sense doubt based on the evidence or lack of evidence. Put it this way - Co-defendants saying "Durk told me to do it" is not enough!
WHY DIDN'T DURK TESTIFY?: He pleaded not guilty, under the law. Jurors cannot use his right not to testify against Durk.He is Presumed Innocent. Period.
👥️WHAT IS THE PROSECUTION'S DUTY?:
The federal government must present enough evidence to leave the jury with a firm, unwavering conviction of the defendant's guilt.
🙏SPEAKING A NOT GUILTY VERDICT INTO EXISTENCE: If you don't have enough evidence to convict, you must ACQUIT!
