🫆WHY DIDN'T DURK TESTIFY?: He pleaded not guilty, under the law. Jurors cannot use his right not to testify against Durk.He is Presumed Innocent. Period.

👥️WHAT IS THE PROSECUTION'S DUTY?:
The federal government must present enough evidence to leave the jury with a firm, unwavering conviction of the defendant's guilt.

⁉️ASK YOURSELF THIS: How can someone be "hired" and work for free!? That's an oxymoron. Even people at Walmart don't work for free. That's involuntary servitude. 13th Amendment.🤦‍♀️😅

✳️OTF Jam testified on the stand✳️:

1️⃣He got out of jail in 2022 and met with the c-o-p-s.
2️⃣Not only did he meet with the cops, I was in courtroom when my colleague, Attorney Brian Steele played the recording where Jam met with federal agents, and asked for it not to be recorded.
3️⃣He asked them for a "deal", and in one recording the meeting lasted 4-5 hours.
This wasn't the 1st time he met with federal agents...not the 2nd...3rd or 4th.. It was the 5th.
4️⃣ He also stated while he was in Atlanta, during a music session with Durk, Durk allegedly told him he would give him $500,000 - $1,000,000 for a killing.

But, OTF Jam couldn't show receipts, bank transactions, texts, screen shots, pictures of money (like the 💰 people flaunt on social media😂🫪), a wire transfer, a Zelle, a telephone recording or anything - when Attorney Steele asked.

As a defense attorney this was good! Brian Steele basically was able to show OTF Jam committed that murder On. His. Own! No one works for free!

‼️In Georgia, pimping (O.C.G.A. § 16-6-11) is the illegal act of managing or aiding prostitution.

You can be charged if: You direct someone to a s*x worker, drive them to a meeting, or accept money from s*x work.

🗣 Pimping in GA can be punished by up to 12 months in county jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
Pimping a Minor: If the victim is over 16 but under 18 years old, the charge becomes a felony. Penalties include 5 to 20 years in prison.
