It sounds like a joke, but the State’s Attorney and her lawyer are not laughing.

In the digital age, a "No Contact Order" isn't just about staying away from a house or a workplace. It covers every single digital footprint.

When you hit "send" on that comment, or even just "like" a photo, you are creating a permanent timestamped record of you violating a Court Order.

Here is the reality of the situation:
❌ The Ex doesn’t see a "fire emoji" she sees an opportunity.
❌ The Judge sees a Class A Misdemeanor.
❌ The Prosecutor sees a reason to revoke your pretrial release and issue a warrant for your arrest.

Don't let your "hustle" cost her the house. 🏠🚫

If you are doing crime (especially drugs) in your family home, you aren't just risking jail time—you are risking her home and the home of anyone who lives there.

Under asset forfeiture laws, if a house is used to facilitate drug crimes, the government can seize it. Even if the owner didn't know the extent of what was happening.

Real bosses buy their moms houses; they don't get them seized by the Feds on their way to prison. Respect your elders and your family; keep the drugs out of the house and leave them at the cut.
