It is time to announce our March The Federalist Society event...

Please join us on March 31 as we are joined by our good friend and former president Nathaniel Fouch (now a professor at Capital University Law School) for a lunchtime presentation on the Declaration of Independence and the State Constitutions. We are also excited to announce that for the first time we expect to offer 1 hour of CLE credit! So if you want to take advantage of the CLE, please make sure you register in advance.

Our first luncheon of 2026 is this week!

Please join us on February 5 as we welcome Professor Robert Luther III from the Antonin Scalia Law School to give an inside look at the federal judicial selection process under President Trump.

The presentation will address the latest vacancies, pending nominations, changes to the selection and confirmation process since President Trump returned to office, and potential vacancies on the U.S. Supreme Court. We hope to see everyone there!
