NHTSA Recall Alert – 2024–2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV

Recall ID: 26V031
Manufacturer: General Motors, LLC
Affected Vehicle: Chevrolet Blazer EV
Model Years: 2024–2025

Issue:
Certain Chevrolet Blazer EV vehicles may have a damaged parking brake wiring harness. Damage to this wiring can impair proper operation of the electronic parking brake.

Safety Risk:
If the parking brake does not function as intended, the vehicle could roll away when parked, increasing the risk of a crash or injury—particularly on inclines.

What Owners Should Do:
Owners should contact their local Chevrolet dealer to schedule a free inspection and repair. Dealers will repair or replace the affected wiring harness as necessary.

Bottom line:
A parking brake is a basic safety system. If it cannot be trusted to hold the vehicle, it is not a minor issue. Owners should not delay having this recall addressed.

🚨 SAFETY RECALL NOTICE — AUDI VEHICLES (2025)

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a federal safety recall involving certain 2025 Audi vehicles due to a seat belt retractor defect.

According to the recall, the rear seat belt retractor may fail to properly secure a child safety seat. In the event of a crash, this defect increases the risk of serious injury, particularly to child passengers who rely on properly functioning restraints.

Federal law requires manufacturers to correct safety defects like this at no cost to vehicle owners. If your Audi is affected, Audi must repair the problem for free.

Owners should check their VIN on NHTSA.gov and schedule any required recall repairs as soon as possible.
