Digital assets are a growing part of everyday life, but they are often overlooked in estate planning.

Online accounts, financial platforms, and even stored photos or documents can be difficult to access without proper planning. Including digital assets in your estate plan helps ensure trusted individuals can manage and access these accounts when needed.

A complete estate plan considers both physical and digital assets, helping provide clarity for the future. Let’s Talk™.

Many people assume their wishes will be carried out, even without a formal estate plan. In reality, without a will or trust, decisions are made based on state law.

This process almost always requires probate. In addition, the laws of “intestate succession” determines how assets are distributed and you leave it to the court to determine who is responsible for managing the estate. Without clear instructions, delays and uncertainty for loved ones is practically a certainty.

Having a plan in place helps provide clarity and ensures your wishes are documented and understood. Let’s Talk™.
