What. A. Monday. 😂🏡

I feel like I’ve worked an entire week today, and somehow…it’s still only Monday.

Two closings, both with their fair share of last-minute details to work through. Lots of phone calls, texts, problem solving, and a finish line that seemed to keep moving on us. 😅

But this is also one of my favorite parts of real estate.

When things don’t go exactly according to plan, you get to see what a great team can accomplish. With some fantastic people working behind the scenes, we navigated the details, found solutions, and got both of them across the finish line.

Most importantly, two families received the keys to their new homes today. 🔑❤️

Real estate isn’t always as simple as signing papers and taking a smiling photo at the closing table. Sometimes it’s calm, organized and seamless.

And sometimes it’s basically solving a puzzle while someone keeps changing the pieces. 😂

Today was definitely the second one.
