SOLD! This lovely home with a water-view backyard has closed. Not only is my buyer buying the home but the lifestyle the community offers around the water amenities it provides. Working from home or coming home to this is going to be so relaxing and fun for entertaining. This buyer was a repeat client who came to me and said “I think I want a single family home”. Do you think that is possible having just purchased his townhome last year. So we sat out to make sure the numbers worked. He did his due diligence to even make sure he was set to move ahead and sold a cherished car to make this happen and knew what home he want to view. Way to go! Settlement and Closing Day! Congrats to my client for the purchase of his new home. He is so excited! Listing his home and finding another was a fun journey for him on this one. When we discussed his move and options. His concern was having to move twice until I mentioned to him buyer possession before closing. Those don’t happen too often. It takes the right seller and buyer situation with a lot of trust as agents on each side of the transaction, lenders along with attorney. It was just what he needed and it made the week-difference of closing on his home to the purchase of his new home seamless. I love when I can help my clients feel confident as they trust the process and he did. There is always a solution in negotiations and agent-to-agent relationships. We were blessed to have two fantastic agents on his selling agent of his home and the listing agent on the purchase of his water view property. Welcome home it is yours! Way to go.
