Notary JJ strikes again. Quick assignment for a refinance fighting to hold on to a widower's home. This is why I do what I do. Helping the community recover together ❤️ the gig is simple, but of high morale; I take an offer from a client (for a signing) once we meet each other's criteria. I call the signer and arrange our meet. I print, prepare & secure all documents and travel to location of choice. I create an office space with my sanitized care package and my laptop. I scan all signed documents directly to client immediately after signing, and drop them off at FedEx with the prepaid express delivery label. My check is cut, the signer's check is cut, and he gets to keep his home until he passes on.

Not-So-Fun-Fact:
I have also seen this in the field.
As a signing agent, yes, I have a million dollars in insurance, but I'm not using it to cover someone else's lies. And that's how fast I can go to jail over-looking details in a closing package.

The Rock Church Orlando (on 192) is looking for an ESL teacher or two for classes Thursdays at 7pm. Looking to teach English to Spanish speakers.
